I just have to give a huge shout out to Fabiola. She is so amazing!!! Out of all the Zales stores we've been to, her store is the only one that keeps us coming back. She is so kind to everyone and always greets us with a welcoming smile. We have been going to her for over 10 years and refuse to go anywhere else.
5 Stars!! Fabi, Perla, and Haley were absolutely amazing in helping me out with everything I needed. They assisted in finding me a piece that was unique and really meant for me. Came in as just a looker, but they were amazing and I ended up leaving with something. This will be my new go to Jewelry store!
Wow where do I start. Sunday I was at the mall and went into zales looking at jewelry with my husband. While there a worker was being so rude to another customer that was there with their family including their children. Fabiola is rude and not professional in anyway. Laughing at my family and myself making rude comments. She wasn't helpful and should be fired.
