I went in to get my engagement ring cleaned and I got it back dirtier than how I gave it to her TWICE. I went back in and told them what I saw on the stone, they tried telling me that I was seeing a “natural imperfection” from the inside of the stone. Okay, but what I was seeing was on the outside. Their selection is so nice, and Haley worked with me tirelessly to find the perfect ring. I was really surprised that she recognized me when I next came in, and she even remembered the ring I was looking at! Fabiola was so personable, and worked with us to get a great deal on my dream engagement ring. Overall great selection, good prices, lovely staff. Will be back for other jewelry as birthdays and anniversaries come up!
