I purchased a ring from Zales about 14 years ago after looking in multiple stores in the TC area. I first met Fabiola about 5 years ago and have noticed that the Costumer Service in the store is 5 star. Fabi always greets me, remembers me, and is always personable and friendly. She is super attentive and strikes me as being a kind human. I recommend this store for your diamond needs and wants.
