Had a bunch of issues with our wedding rings but Eric the regional Mgr is a great guy and exceeded our expectations on making things right and the wife happy. Thumbs up to them for having great customer service.
I ordered a ring from this store febuary 7th. I paid for it in full. The guy who placed my order just took my info and money but didnt really tell us anything, so we went back a week later to ask about how long it would take because we dont live in town..i was told it would be there about march 1st.
