Theresa helped me today and she was great! I came in to the store very nervous and not knowing what I wanted. She calmed me down and helped me more than I could have ever imagined. Your staff is phenomenal!
My fiancé and I walked into this store a few days ago. We planned to buy an engagement ring. We stood around looking for about ten minutes without any assistance. Fake turning jewelry!!! Low quality
I walked into the store today ready to spend $10,000 and they never said a word to me I walked in there with $50,000 on my neck and never got any service I'm a retired jewelry store general manager and I would never treat customers like this the customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous and I wouldn't recommend anybody go there that has any type of urban dress or culture or has any type of real money to spend because it will be a waste how to spend it in a location that doesn't treat people the way they need... read more
