I recently visited the Zales in Pasadena, and I want to give a special shout-out to Kelly (please excuse me if I’m spelling her name incorrectly). She was AMAZING! There were no other customers in the store during the entire time I was there, and Kelly took her time with me, was extremely informative, and genuinely tried to help.
