Seriously just horrible experience, the women there’s are rude and disrespectful and honestly don’t know what they are doing. The best bet is just drive to the Baybrook location , to have peace of mind the expensive jewelry your buying is in good hands.
Horrible customer service. The assistant manager is no help. Sold my item from under me after I purchased it online now my money is sitting in a refund no help no option for other items or anything like that. We’re very rude over the phone. We’re absolutely no help.
