I originally went to Kevin Jewelers and I was disappointed with the service, before I left I decided to go into Zales and I'm glad I did! Michelle was amazing! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I recommend Zales to anyone looking for exceptional service!

Worst customer service ever. Stopped by with a friend to check if she could repair her ring under warranty. Girl automatically says no without bringing her account up etc. All to get money. What garbage.
