Amazing and fast
Came here in search of some bands to bind my lover to me, had a decent selection but wanted to shop around. After a few other shops, we had no choice but to come back to Zales with Kayla helping us because nothing else impressed the wifey as this place. Very knowledgeable about the ring and it's elemental make up, she suggested to come back the following day for a discount and I'm very satisfied. 10 stars
Kayla was so wonderful in showing me different jewelry pieces and providing in great detail the history and background of lab and natural diamonds. Great experience, would definitely return to purchase from her!
Dorris was great we came in for ring inspection and cleaning and was helped promptly. She also informed me that every time I’ve had it done I should have received a receipt documenting inspection, which other stores have not done in the past two years. Definitely recommend
