Stephan and Haifa’s customer service/ attitudes are absolutely garbage. No matter what day or time, you can be as polite and kind as you want to them, they will still have a nasty attitude. If you both hate your jobs so much and don’t want to deal with people, maybe consider not working in a sales job. Terrible customer service . Went in to get my ring size and stones replaced. Why did my fiancé pay for full coverage insurance if it’s not gonna cover two measly sapphires that shouldn’t have never fell out to begin with?
