I ordered a necklace online as a gift and it arrived promptly at the Strongsville store for pickup. Once at the store, Janet and Mason took great care of me. Janet educated me on their watch selection and upcoming sales dates while Mason gift wrapped the necklace. Thank you for the professionalism and exceptional service.

I've never left a review before, but had to today. I ordered an infinity necklace online. When's I received it, was all tangled in knots. Ms Tina and her team were so helpful and courteous, exchange was no issue. Your team is awesome.

Always have a great time here and the staff will always help me find what’s best for both me and my wife. Always willing to show multiple choices and help me find anything in my price range and dial in what’s best!
