Best service I've ever received. I am a young man and do not know my way around a jewelry store, however Marcia immediately noticed my look and came over to assist. 10/10 service and the sweetest lady. I went in yesterday to pick up a ring I had sized. Jesse waited on me and was very kind and helpful so I give Jesse 5 stars. However, the long gray haired manager was so rude I felt unwelcome and she talked to me as if I was trailer trash. I had intended to purchase 2 more items but after the way she talked to me, I decided I would never purchase another item in that store.
