My husband and I visited this Zales location to discuss our options for a bracelet I’d purchased my husband a year prior that had since been damaged. We spoke to Brooklyn and she was able to honor the store’s lifetime guarantee and made the process so easy for us. We had such a great experience and she saved us so much money that my husband had no problem purchasing an additional piece of jewelry while we were there. Thank you Brooklyn!
GO TO HELZBERG INSTEAD. The older Hispanic lady working today was not helpful or welcoming at all. I felt rushed and like I couldn't take my time to look at anything, and after telling her our budget she showed us 3 very ugly rings and then brushed us off saying "there's not really anything else for you" cause she was too in a hurry to move on to the next person, as if I wanted her bugging me so much anyways.
