My husband purchased my wedding ring and band about 20 years ago. Unfortunately I lost a couple of diamonds recently and wasn’t sure if the “lifetime warranty” we purchased would still hold. Well, Jennifer went above and beyond, found our account from 07 and sent my ring off to be repaired. She was informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will lifetime customers.
We walk into Zales and ask about our wedding ring’s warranty that we purchased over 20 years ago Ms Jennifer found our warranty and sent my ring out for repairs and she cleaned my ring Ms Jennifer went above and beyond to help us she was friendly and curtesy and my wife and I really appreciate the time to help us and not once judge us. Our experience with Ms Jennifer made Zales a mainstay for our family to buy jewelry.
