I came into Zales searching for engagement rings and was greeted upon walking in.They had great selections definitely some better looking rings than other places, Ari was very helpful and sat down with me to discuss sizing options and diamond shapes. I came back another day after searching the rest of the mall Adan helped me check out the ring and also provided helpful information on warranty and scheduling for diamond inspections. My husband purchased my wedding ring and band about 20 years ago. Unfortunately I lost a couple of diamonds recently and wasn’t sure if the “lifetime warranty” we purchased would still hold.
