Lorraine is the BEST! I went to every jewelry store in the Inland Center Mall. I approached Lorraine and asked her a few questions. She showed me my options. She did not hound me like the employees at the Other jewelry stores did. She gave me my space. She helped me work within my budget. I highly recommend her!
The assistant manager lorraine at zales was amazing.She was super helpful very informative and took special care to ensure that I was pleased with the service and the quality of the ring.I received the whole experience.Overall was awesome, and I will definitely go back to zales and purchase something from her.
