I’ve been coming to this place for years. I bought many rings here and the people have always been lovely. No pressure and always willing to help. I was recently here to get my ring inspections done and Jada helped me. She was very thorough and took her time to clean each ring. She reminded me I had my insurance plan that covers rhodium plating and polishing which I will be using in a month or two. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Zales today buying my husband a Father's Day gift from me and the kids. As soon as I walked in, Janna greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I showed her the watch I was looking for and right away she directed me to it and answered all my questions about the material and dials of the watch. She was very detailed and gracious and had me in and out of the store very quickly and smoothly which I appreciated! I ordered a pair of earrings on the Zales website but got a bracelet instead. Decided to go to the nearest Zales store to get it sorted. A lovely woman named Star helped me return the bracelet and get the earrings I wanted. Could not have been easier. Excellent customer service at this store!
