Very friendly staff who helped me out greatly.
Sara and Michael took great care of me. As many times I been to this Zale it's been a pleasure and a great experience. Thank you both. I got a baby bracelet with engravement. Sterling silver and diamond heart bracelet and it goes necklace with a diamond charm also a link necklace for my husband. They make you want to buy more cuz the prices are great.
This Zales location is one of the best in Austin. I was impressed by their selection and stopped in to purchase earrings as a gift. Evander was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful in guiding us to the perfect pair.
I had an amazing experience at Zales!! Michael the store manager was so patient throughout the whole process and helped me pick out a piece that I loved!! Definitely recommend coming here - there are so many styles to choose from!!
