I had an amazing experience at Zales!! Michael the store manager was so patient throughout the whole process and helped me pick out a piece that I loved!! Definitely recommend coming here - there are so many styles to choose from!!

Sarah Tashi is amazing!!! So helpful and patient! She found a band to go with my vintage ring and treated my impatient daughter so sweetly. I will always work with her! I’m headed back today to get another ring from her from.
Today I went into zales store to exchange and pick up a necklace that I bought my wife while I was there Sarah took the time to show me some other jewelry. Gave me great customer service and I hope they keep her, seems like every time I go into the store there is a different person. Zales needs to keep Sarah.
