This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a ring. The initial purchase process took nearly three hours because the assistant manager struggled to locate and complete my account. During that time, the associate assisting her was repeatedly falling asleep while standing and not actively helping, which was both unprofessional and concerning.
