I love this store. I’ve been coming here for years to buy jewelry for my amazing wife. I was in there today to buy my wife, a new ring and matching earrings, and an associate in there named Haley did an amazing job in helping with the purchase. She made sure all my needs were met and she was very helpful in making sure the extended warranty got added like i wanted. As far as I’m concerned, this is the nicest, most professional jewelry store, in all of Winchester.

I love this store This is where My husband bought my wedding ring. Often, we will get the ring cleaned and inspected. Today, Haley, an associate there cleaned my ring and discovered the ring had some bent prongs around diamond. She was very professional and assured me the ring would be safe as it went to be repaired. All The workers are very helpful. And the sales credit card is awesome.

HORRIBLE...my husband purchased a special order mothers necklace..when I received it the chain was to short.I called local.store said there hands are tied because he got it on line..when he was at the store and an employee put the order in for him.so I then called customer care they tell me they can't exchange the chain I would have to send the whole piece back do a return and re order!!! I recently purchased a cross pendant and had difficulty deciding what chain I wanted to go with it (it was a birthday gift I was very nervous about). Alice and Haley did such a phenomenal job helping me. They spent so much time working with me on what would look best. Without them, I truly would have been in shambles. The necklace turned out to be a success and they loved their gift! Thank you both so much!!!
