Update: Store staff does not actually care about their customers. I had to get on customer support to find out that only 16 hours after my special order replacement was ordered, it was declined. So it wasn't canceled on 9/12 but on 8/12. Absolutely ridiculous. I was NEVER contacted regarding this and it is completely unacceptable that a month and a half went by and I was never contacted and had to go in and find out for myself that it was canceled. Always friendly and very customer oriented. Had an issue with my phone number being in the system for my ring warranty and the lady was able to fix the issue promptly.
Beautiful jewelry, super helpful salespeople who don’t hover. I love shopping at Zales.
