awesome experience at this Zales location. The girls working that shift (Chey,Sam, and T) were honestly the dream team. They put their minds together as well as having patience with me finding the right ring for the love of my life. They weren’t pushy especially where to make someone uncomfortable. Would love to have them around when in need of picking the right kind of jewelry. If you guys see this then thank you for helping me find the last puzzle piece for making my perfect trip to Panama with my love.
I absolutely LOVE this location, especially because of one specific member, Teresa. My partner and I have had our eye out on specific pieces in the store and she is extremely patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and has the most infectious personality we’ve ever seen. A big reason why we keep coming back here for multiple purchases is because of her amazing and outstanding service!
I love this place. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and Teresa never disappoints. She’s been part of some very special moments and milestones when deciding on jewelry for my wedding, Mother’s Day gifts, birthday’s, anniversaries, and so on. I know I can always count on her to not only know and understand exactly what I’m looking for, but also to give me insight on future deals with pieces I’ve had my eye on in the store. The absolute best!
