The ladies working here were excellent. Very warm, inviting, professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend going to this zales for their wonderful recommendations and help. Shout out Leandra and Gerdy.
Chey was truly an angel of a person, not only was she eager to answer any questions, she was easy to speak to and make the experience so enjoyable past just making a purchase. I will definitely come back on a day I know she's working! She is full of vibrance and has a smile on her face always and is so welcoming from the moment you step in.

Deeply displeased with the service we received here. The associate told me a ring would take a week to two weeks to be ready, and it has been almost 4 weeks now since the ring was brought in. Customer service has also been disappointing, with me having to call back multiple times in order to get a response. Will not return.
