Story time… so about a month go I ordered a ring from Zales to have it shipped to a location near me. When the ring was ready, I got an email saying that it was shipped but the store never contact me to pick it up. After a few days, I decided to call Zales to check the status of my order when I noticed that the store was permanently closed. So for the past two weeks, I have been talking to customer service to attempt to find the ring and have it sent to another location. Fantastic experience! Tami was amazing. She paid very close attention to every detail and made the ring shopping process so easy. She found a beautiful ring within my budget that I loved and purchased! If you go to Zales ask for Tami she’s awesome!
