I bought my fisncess ring 2 years ago great service when they need your money. I sent the Ring out over 2 weeks ago to get a diamond fixed and the repair link they give you doesn’t work or update. I call the store one person says it should be here Saturday so I call Sunday and some rude and disrespectful person answers the phone and says “well it’s taking longer” 100% don’t recommend this place

Today i went to this location with my wife to get our wedding rings inspected and cleaned. The lady at the desk looked clueless when i asked her. I told her i forgot my paperwork for the warranty but she didn’t say anything. Took our rings, looks like she maybe inspected them and handed them back. Never asked for my name, nothing. I asked her if it was all set and she said yes. Tami Ladd it's a very wonderful store manager. She was very helpful, nice, totally awesome. I needed help to recover my email and she helped me out when no problem I highly recommend her to help anybody out. She's the best.
