Tami L helped me today. She was great. She was extremely helpful and kind. I was able to get my pieces inspected and taken care of very quickly. She was professional and answered all my questions. I have also talked with Mal as well and she was just lovely. Also very kind and helpful. My husband and I have been coming here for years and I am reminded why when I get such amazing service. It is our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband and I have matching gold claddaugh wedding bands. So for our anniversary gift, we were looking for solid gold claddaugh earrings. J.C. Penney and Macy's could not help me. When I approached the Zales store at the North Shore Shopping Center in Peabody, MA, the friendly saleswoman said she didn't have any at the store, but could look online for me.
