young lady at the counter was extremely welcoming! helped me look and many different options without making me feeling like a burden.
I wanted to go in & look at some wedding bands but was disregarded, said they had to emergency shut down the store 🙄 Felt like I wasn’t worth much as a paying customer, and the young little girl working around 6ish pm 6/12 /25 just glared at me from inside as they shut the gates. Ended up walking across the hall to Kay’s and found some pretty pieces instead 💍💍
Went in for a cleaning and was immediately greeted by this unhappy young associate, she didn’t smile nor tell me to follow her as she walked away with my rings to the corner . I’ve been coming here almost every six months and I’ve had a pleasant experience so far except today. She didn’t look like she worked there or even wanted to work there, she had house slippers on with NO socks and a hoodie on, I don’t know what dress code Zales follows now and maybe I’m not used to this new look. …! I love my jewelry from Zales... and the assistant manager, Naima, has been extremely helpful! I had some work done right before moving here from out of state that came back incorrectly without time to correct there. She cheerfully and thoroughly helped me get it corrected here! I am very grateful and pleased!
Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Naima I went shopping for my girlfriend for valentines and she was very informative, patient, and helpful in helping me pick something out!
