My son purchased pearl earrings for me from Gordon’s Jewelers in Louisiana and also purchased a lifetime service plan. After Gordon’s was acquired by Zale's, I later lost one pearl from an earring. I brought the earring and my original lifetime service contract to Zale's. They refused to honor the contract and, even more concerning, refused to repair the earring at all — even when I offered to pay for the pearl and labor. I brought in my ring some time around August 3rd for a missing Pink sapphire. I was told August 28th that it was ready, so I drove an hour there just to find out the pink was not the right shade of pink (it was wayyy too light) and it was completely died so there was a section of the sapphire that was clear. I had to send it back once again, and they said it would be ready in a few days. I called again to make sure it was ready and they said the jeweler hadn’t even touched it. Celeste is amazing I will definitely go to her again in the future when the promise ring needs an upgrade!! Definitely recommend Celeste she’s such an amazing person with a kind soul! She was so kind when me and my boyfriend were picking out my promise ring!
