My wifes wedding rings have been sent in 4 times and returned wrong. The rings are fused together and supposed to be rose gold. They have stripped the rose gold off of one of the rings and left the other rose. Then they have 3 times somehow made the same mistake. They take weeks each time to get it back. They need to find a better repair facility. This is ridiculous!
My son purchased pearl earrings for me from Gordon’s Jewelers in Louisiana and also purchased a lifetime service plan. After Gordon’s was acquired by Zale's, I later lost one pearl from an earring. I brought the earring and my original lifetime service contract to Zale's. They refused to honor the contract and, even more concerning, refused to repair the earring at all — even when I offered to pay for the pearl and labor. I brought in my ring some time around August 3rd for a missing Pink sapphire. I was told August 28th that it was ready, so I drove an hour there just to find out the pink was not the right shade of pink (it was wayyy too light) and it was completely died so there was a section of the sapphire that was clear. I had to send it back once again, and they said it would be ready in a few days. I called again to make sure it was ready and they said the jeweler hadn’t even touched it.
