Bought a ring back in May, didn’t fit. Had to return it. For me to return it, I had to purchase a new ring and because I bought it during a sale, they didn’t honor the sale price. Bought the new ring, got it in June. Guess what, it’s broken. For me to exchange it, I have to purchase a new ring with a new warranty. The ladies working 6/19, took excellent care of me. They made my plumeria shine again, and were very happy to help me even though I didn't purchase my plumeria from Zales.
