Kayla is amazing one of the best store managers she is very knowledgeable at her job and knows what she’s doing and what she’s talking about. She definitely deserves more than 5 stars
Terrible customer service. Arrived at the store and no one greeted us. Then we waited for over 10 minutes while the two service reps were with other people, with no acknowledgment of our presence. Highly inconsiderate.
Hailey was incredible. Helpful without being pushy. Knowledgeable about the product and very perceptive. She found the perfect wedding band to go with the engagement ring on the first try. We've been getting a lot of compliments. Would recommend the Fox River Mall Zales experience to anyone.

Bought a ring back in May, didn’t fit. Had to return it. For me to return it, I had to purchase a new ring and because I bought it during a sale, they didn’t honor the sale price. Bought the new ring, got it in June. Guess what, it’s broken. For me to exchange it, I have to purchase a new ring with a new warranty. Once the new ring arrives, then I would receive my refund for the new ring I purchased. Make it make sense?!? There is no point in the warranty. Won’t be returning. Save yourself the headache.
