Always a wonderful experience!! The staff here is fantastic. I live in Fond Du Lac but drive up every 6 months for an inspection because they are the best! I won’t go anywhere else.
My fingers are swollen due to arthritis and I couldn't get my ring off. They refused to complete the six month warranty check, which will then void the warranty (even though they've done so I'm the past). They suggested that I have the ring cut off so they could inspect it, which would also void the warranty. Awful customer service!!!!
