Zales did a great job on repairing my wedding set. I am super happy with it. Briza was such a help with everything that I ended up buying 4 rings and a bracelet before leaving. Her and the manager on duty were super nice and patient with us. I will continue to give them my busy from now on.
Amazing experience. Briza was exceptionally helpful- walked me through buying an anniversary gift for my wife which she ended up loving! Will be back - highly recommended.

Clearly an expert in her craft, she identified and addressed all of our concerns regarding several failed repairs and more than fair acceptable options for replacing my 2ct diamond ring with an equivalent or upgraded piece. Thanks Andy for amazing experience and excellent service.
They helped me pick out the ring I absolutely love and the store manager Andy is so cool and really nice. She helped me with financing options and also the ring option highly recommend her!!
