Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!! Trashy street people, The guy who tried to help me was wearing Yankee shirt shorts and a baseball cap with his child behind the counter. He did not know that you cant size a ring from a 7 to a 4 1/2. He wasted my time and scratched my ring. Total Getto Experiance. WOW

Be very careful involving purchasing jewelry on a zales account, the store employees turn over frequently and have a very low understanding of the card system. One particular employee made a mistake on a return we made back to the store and never repaid the account. This resulted in damage to my credit score, that took 6 months to get fixed. If you choose to shop here, be mindful that the employees are undertrained and lacking knowledge.

I love this Zales. The customer service here is incredible and they're very knowledgable. I feel bad because they fix all of the problems that the Zales in Greeley, CO creates. I would probably never go back to any Zales, anywhere, because the one in Greeley has messed up on my orders so many times, but the people here at this location in Cheyenne are great and attentive and always respectful. I'd recommend this jewelry store over any in town.
