Absolutely love my ring! But the associate who sold it to me had zero customer service skills. She also made a rude comment on my appearance as I was leaving the store. Not sure what her name was but she was heavier set woman. Also- came at the time the store was showing to be open but was not open until 3 hours later. I’ll continue to shop at Zales but never this one.

Malie was a great person and very professional she helped me find a great engagement ring for my soon to be wife I would recommend them to family and friends overall 10/10 experience thanks so much !
Molly was amazing she helped me find my fiancé engagement ring helped me out and my finance is in love with her ring.
