This is a continued complaint review from" Donna." about the earring. This is the earring they continue to send which is the wrong one just ( gold plate.) for $49. 98 . No surprise that they are supposedly out of stock they sent them all to me. When I paid $ 159.98 bought online twice. Then called a store to buy from far away. They expressed shipped me the wrong earring. They sent the smaller one. . It’s only $49.98 It’s gold plated. This is the third time Zales did this! The one I ordered is the larger one in 10 K gold 14.5 x 6.0 mm. Like the earring I ordered and received on February 21. Twice wrong online wrong earrings then called a store. Still wrong. Unbelievable. I’m getting a collection of gold plated earrings they claim are out of stock because they sent them all to me. We paid $183. 95 twice for a $49.98 item.
The largest earring. We received it fine on February 21, then attempted 3 times to order another one like It. They sent these 3 gold plated tiny ones that are valued at $49. 98. I even ordered from an actual store. They still sent the wrong one just like online had twice already. There's no explanation for this. Are they criminals, are they incompetent, or both? The earring originally cost $159.98 so they stole over $300. 00 dollars
