I went into Zale’s this afternoon for help with a Ring size and the sales associate Natasha was very helpful. She had such a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks Natasha you made me feel so comfortable.
I was at the Concord Mall today with my 95-year-old father. He bought a new watch band at Boscovs. Since he hadn't purchased the watch there, they couldn't put the new band on. We sat at a table outside the store while I tried to replace the band. I got the old one off but could not get the new one on. After numerous failed attempts, I walked across the hall to Zales. Illya was absolutely fantastic! helped me with all my questions and my repair for my necklace. He’s so kinda and helpful.
Illya was amazing! Helped my niece with her issues and helped me relax and stay cool in the store!! Will return again!!
