Terrible customer service. Called for an item lookup and lady on the phone quickly told me to call back later cause it was busy but was able to pick up the phone. Then when I proceed to tell her it shouldn’t take that long to press in a couple numbers in the pos system she had given me false information on the piece I was looking for. Told me they didn’t have it in stock but when I ask what the item is she tells me the wrong item cause she didn’t wanna type the item number in.
