My mom and I visited Zales to pick up her watch, which she had dropped off because the battery had died. Antonio, the helpful and friendly associate, assisted us throughout the process. After retrieving her watch, we decided to explore the earrings section. Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions, which ultimately led us to purchase a pair of earrings.
