Absolutely the worst ZALES store I’ve ever done business with. every since I’ve placed my order online. I haven’t received not one single status update. Called the store and literally only had one called answered since November 15. The online store page says this location is open. And has the business hours posted clearly. So why exactly can’t somebody answer the phone when I call. My item was supposed to be here by Christmas and I paid my cold hard money for this and I can’t even get a representative on the phone to assist ... read more
The sales woman was excellent! I had taken my grandmothers ring in for an estimate for a repair. She checked the ring prior to sending it out. I received a phone call regarding cost of repair and was totally blown away. I feel that the estimate was outrageous and there were said repairs that were not even needed. We have purchased quite a bit of jewelry from zales and I do love each piece but I will be hesitant to take anything there for a repair again.
