I went to Zales today for my bi-annual ring inspection. Ally was just the best! I will never go to another jewler.Thank you Ally!! I also went back to Zales today, September 14, 2026. This is my second review of this place, which is again five star. Today I was with Katrina and Bryson. I am a little over my six months inspection but they allowed me to come back due to medical issues. They were professional, sweet and very, very helpful! Catrina Jones is the most energetic and best seller this location has. Everytime I go there with my fiance, we have the most fun. I definitely recommend everyone to look for her. 100000/10
Catrina has been such an amazing person to work with in this very special process. From the first day I stepped into Zales she went from being just an ordinary worker to my bestie!! I always walk out with a smile and sometihing new after spending time with her. Not only is she a great worker but she really cares about her customers. Everytime I walk in she remembers everything about me from the ring I looked at last time or the stories I told her, I definitely wouldn’t cheat on her as my sales associate!!!
Stopped in today and had a wonderful customer service experience with Catrina. She explained benefits that came with my ring purchase that I wasn’t fully aware of.
