We went in to see about buying a wedding set. Associate walked right by us totally ignoring us to go to a young couple that came in after we did. We left and went across the hall to Kay's Jewelers. Spent our money there. We were greeted and treated like valued customers . Shame on you Zales 😕
Never again!!! never use sales online. I ordered diamond stud earrings for my wife for our 10th anniversary online. I was told that they would be there in the store by February 12. I received an email February 11 telling me that there was a shipping delay and they would not be in the store until February 13.
