We had a wonderful experience at Zales thanks to Glow and Sandy! We walked in to get a finger sized and see if a temporary spacer could be added to our ring. Both Glow and Sandy greeted us immediately and provided excellent assistance throughout our visit. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend their great customer service!

Deidre was absolutely wonderful today, after driving all the way to Potomac Mills and them completely messing up my paperwork I stopped into this location to see if maybe someone would help me, Deidre went above and beyond and helped me finally get my paperwork and everything straight for my diamond bond. Thank you again if you see this :)
So as much as I love their discounts you see why the vault rewards are not worth it because I got a stone replaced. Took me weeks if not months to get it back but it broke 2 Days later on something that I paid top dollar for a princess exclusive ring that they only have one of. I have multiple pieces from this place that I keep going back because of the discount but it's b******* they do a terrible job at cleaning.
