Glow is just amazing! She worked tirelessly to do what we all thought was impossible! She had my ring set repaired and worked with customer service to ensure my paperwork from 21 years ago was in order. I am forever grateful! My husband and I went into Zales for our 5 year anniversary hoping to upgrade my ring. Sandi was our sales associate and was an absolute angel. I was very hesitant on upgrading and unsure of what style I wanted. She made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. She gave us time to think on our decision which was very appreciated and I left with a gorgeous ring thanks to all of her amazing help!! Danielle greated me very warmly and was very informative. I got such great service I didnt even want to go anywhere else for an estimate. Virginia is the assistant manager and she also helped with my appraisal and Glo helped me as well. Over all 5 stars across the board.
