One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Zales jewelry store. Communication was poor, there was a lack of transparency, which in turn affected the overall environment to not feeling welcome as a customer. After my order arrived to Yuma, no one contacted me or kept me informed about the process to complete my transaction. I had to take the initiative to reach out to another Zales location outside of Yuma and arrange for the jewelry to be shipped there just so I could complete my purchase.
