Damien helped me pick something out for my mom and was super attentive and helpful to me! 10/10 service from this man.
Remily & Damian were great! My wedding band was resized too small and both of them were patient, answering all my questions to fix the ring. They helped me try on correct sizings to ensure the new repair will be correct, which was a big help and eased my mind.
DONT BUY HERE!!! Beware they dont stand behind their product. I bought a bracelet and it came apart on its own. I took it back to the store and Damien who he sucks by the way told me all he can do was sell me another bracelet. He couldnt do anything I was even willing to pay for a repair and he said they couldnt. Then encouraged me to handle it with customer care. This $800 dlls "gold bracelet" they sold me I guess is of the lowest quality now I have to find another repair store or buy a new one. Definetly buying another one... read more
