I want to share my disappointing experience with the Zales store at Memorial City Mall. I purchased a diamond band ring online for my wife, and within three days one of the diamonds fell out. Customer service advised me to visit this store for an exchange. When I arrived, Jason initially refused to help because the purchase was made online. After discussing the issue further, he and the manager, Kenya Wade, agreed to order a replacement ring and told me it would arrive in about two weeks.
