We Had a Great Experience and full of Happiness in December 2024 with Becky helping us with choosing My husband’s ring. My husband Derrick was and is Very Satisfied and Grateful. Today we came in looking for a pair of Stud earrings for My Husband with Melissa and she helped and explained the great trade ins and upgrades of the earrings. Which had us more interested So we bought the Stud earrings and My husband is very Grateful and Satisfied.
She was great and I loved her help
Went to Zales on 5/27/25. They are supposed to open at 11:00 AM. We stood outside the closed gates watching the employees setting out the merchandise until 11:10. The employees could see us and another customer waiting, but weren't in any hurry to open and help us. I finally turned around and saw that Kay Jewelers was already open, so I took my business to them instead. I will continue to use Kay Jewelers in the future.
