I urge everyone to be extremely cautious if thinking of using this location for any repairs. I’ve had my wedding ring for over 20 years, originally purchased from a different Zales location. I get it rhodium plated once a year. I sent it out back in august for an annual cleaning, and mentioned one of the prongs was catching on all my clothes, so they scheduled a repair along with the cleaning. 6 weeks later the entire setting and diamond has fallen off and is lost. Jana was the best sales person and the manager was so helpful - even when there was difficulty ordering our diamond the manager and Jana persevered until we were able to get exactly what we wanted! Their excitement in our wanting to make our own ring was just like they were family! I love this store and Jana and the manager were always there with answers with encouragement and lots and lots of choices!
