Travis at the Zales in the Cherry Creek mall is the best! He helped me get my new watch resized to fit in under 10 minutes! 10/10 recommend.

Stef was so quick to see me! I got a ring and a bracelet cleaned, and she was even able to take some links out of a watch for me! Quick, easy and great customer service!
Travis is so very delightful and hospitable! The moment we walked in he was there to help us!! Travis knew what to do as soon as he saw our watch and quickly solved the issue in making it fit! Zales and Travis made it very special!
Absolutely disgusting customer service from a young gentleman. My partner went with her friend to learn/see what rings she would like for when we get married. He not only questioned her with snide remarks but stated he would not be comfortable giving her rings to try unless I was there. I was in D.C. for a business trip and hearing this was devastating. Would not recommend anyone to give their time to this establishment if this is how you treat customers.
