I am a Kay's customer and Kay's can not or will not fix my diamond cross with my extended warranty. So I went to Zales and the 2 ladies were very happy to accommodate me and put my diamond cross I for a repair. At no time did they refuse are not try to correct someone else mistake. I greatly appreciate them I believe ones named Mary. Both of these ladies went above and beyond their jobs for excellence customer service. Thank you Zales. And I will be doing business with you.

We stopped in zales to fix my husband's watch and chatting Catherine we got to speaking on my dream ring and she literally scrambled over and told me just a second and pulled out my DREAM STONE an Ring with an Emerald cut tri emerald ring. The cost was a bit out of my range with bills and with her and progressives help I was able to get my dream ring. I HIGHLY suggest you go to Zales in the Bangor mall, she was amazing and Rob was so great at getting my hubby's watch correctly sized.
This is a really wonderful location with a great selection and a helpful and friendly staff. The person there that helped me, I think her name was Catherine, she was so helpful and knowledgeable and im really glad I chose zales for this occasion!
