I had an amazing experience at Zales, and Courtney was absolutely awesome! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. She helped me find the perfect ring for my wife and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. I never felt pressured or rushed, and she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. This was genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you’re shopping for jewelry, I highly recommend going to Zales!

I recently went to pick up my ring after it was resized. Unfortunately it did need to be sent off again because it was still sightly too big. Courtney helped my fiance and I to select the correct size, as well as choosing a beautiful tennis bracelet while we were there! She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, we truly enjoyed our encounter with her.
