I had the best experience at the store… I was helped immediately with a warm friendly smile by the store manager!! She went above and beyond for us and was reassuring that the jewelry we brought to them would be in good hands!! She also appraised it and looked at it very carefully to see what caused the break. We did not buy this piece from them, but she made it possible to continue to have it cleaned and checked there while also recommending it be insured for the future!!! Recently upgraded my ring through both Yuki and Madi and they were so amazing to work with! They made a tough process soooo much easier as I had to replace my wedding set. I’m in love with my new set and so glad I made newfound friends with these sweet ladies! Thank you Yuki and Madi!
Dani was AMAZING!!! She helped me get my ring sent it for cleaning, fixing, and engraving alone with sending in my bracelet to get repaired cleaned me anklet and necklace for free!!! It was done very quickly amazing customer service polite attentive double checked everything for my engraving twice to make sure it was what I wanted!!!
