Jamie was super nice and helpful. We came into the store eyeing a new bridal set but there wasn’t any sales going on at the time, we passed hoping a sale would come soon. 2 days passed and Jamie made sure to call us about a new sale on the bridal set. I’m so excited and can’t wait to pick it up!

I had the best experience at the store… I was helped immediately with a warm friendly smile by the store manager!! She went above and beyond for us and was reassuring that the jewelry we brought to them would be in good hands!! She also appraised it and looked at it very carefully to see what caused the break. We did not buy this piece from them, but she made it possible to continue to have it cleaned and checked there while also recommending it be insured for the future!!!
