Dani and Madi provided the most amazing service today! They helped my partner and I with a trade-in, ensured we received the best value, and made the process quick & seamless! They also helped us develop online profiles for one another for future jewelry purchases!! Very fun, kind, & casual atmosphere!
I've been in a couple times, and each employee has been extremely helpful and understanding throughout the process of picking out pieces that my partner loved. Dani gets me and is probably the easiest person to talk to on earth. Shout outs to Yuki and Madi for always laughing at my jokes.
Excellent service and attention to what I was looking for to find exactly what I wanted! Dani was patient in showing me different options to try on, was relatable, and friendly. I would shop here for more jewelry needs!
We first went there in November of 2024 to purchase a ruby set pendant necklace, ring, bracelet, and earrings. The necklace broke and lost the pendant at the ND state fair. Went to sales and explained to them about what happened and they told us that the warranty would cover the necklace breaking but not the lost pendant. Argued with the staff for half an hour saying it was a direct cause of the necklace chain breaking that the pendant was lost.
