My wife and I went into Zales to pickup her wedding rings that she had sized down and to ask a couple of questions regarding a necklace that I had ordered for her online from Zales. Timothy was extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable about his work and was so pleasant and friendly to us.
