I had the best experience at Zales in Bristol! My husband got me a new wedding set for our 26th Anniversary and when I went in I had no idea what I wanted. The girls working there were all so kind and patient with me! It took a few different trips to the store and several hours because I just couldnt make a decision. But they made sure I ended up with something that I absolutely love! Danielle, Sandy and April are all amazing and I highly recommend them to help with your next jewelry purchase!
Teressa was very attentive and took her time helping me find a potential wedding band to go with my engagement ring! She stayed under the given budget and made great recommendations. Will be coming back to see her again once it gets closer to buying my mine and my fiancé rings!
I recently visited Zales and was helped by Teresa. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She did the cleaning and checking of my diamond jewelry, and also helped me with a warranty return. She helped me pick out a beautiful necklace to replace the one that broke. She did a great job and I would certainly shop with her again!
