I dropped off my jewelry to have a minor repair. Luis went out of his way to take very specific notes on what I was requesting. He was extremely attentive and polite. Now, 2 weeks later I come to pick up my repair and Luis was there and remembered my name. I don’t know about anyone else, but remembering my name is exceptional customer service. Thank you Luis!
