Luis assisted my fiancé and I in picking out and purchasing wedding bands and was absolutely amazing! Wonderful service and Luis is very kind and personable. He was very helpful, informative, and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and understood everything about the rings we were looking at.
I Just wanted to take a moment to recognize Renee at the Zales in Middletown. I’ve been to this location about five different times for different situations, and every single time she has gone above and beyond to help me. Her customer service is outstanding, she’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly makes the whole experience easy. At this point I consider Renee the GOAT — the greatest of all time. I would recommend her to anyone!
Stood there for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. I understand they were with people but it takes 2 seconds to say “hi I’m sorry we’re all with someone, we’ll be with you as soon as we can” instead of just ignoring someone
We went to Zales to pick up my engagement ring from getting repaired and so we decided to do swap out my ring for a better ring. Isabella was amazing. She helped us through the entire process. Isabella was patient, knowledgable, and so, so helpful. I love my new ring!!
Brought my ring in for my semi annual check and cleaning. Bella was fantastic! I have never had such a thorough check of my ring! She found an issue that is now getting fixed. 10 out of 10 for customer service!
