Cathy was amazing and got us such a great deal on our upgrade! Ally was great fixing our issue at the beginning she is really doing well
I had some issues with a necklace I purchased for my wife. First it took a little longer to be delivered than I had anticipated. Second, when it did arrive, it was damaged.....not good. Well, Cathy could see how upset I was and she took control of the situation. I ended up much happier with her suggestion. I left with a beautiful necklace for an amazing price!
