Bought a wedding band set 3 years ago,it has been sent back for repairs at least three times in which the store clerk said (3 times in 2 years? thats not bad)... since my wife has actually started wearing it,everytime we go in they dont know where it is or dont have one of our names on the list to pick it up easily. I am beyond frustrated with the continuous issues I’ve had at this Zales location. My ring is constantly breaking and being sent out for repairs, but the service at the counter is just as unreliable. During my last 6-month inspection, I was told I was "all set," only to find out they never actually inspected my wedding set—only the added engagement ring. Had I not caught that myself—by only being handed one receipt for the engagement ring instead of two for both the set and the engagement ring—I would have lost my wedding ... read more
