We saw Jes at Zales jewelers to look for our engagement rings and she was wonderful ! We weren’t sure if we were done looking or wanted to keep browsing and she immediately offered to hold the ring with no issue, we came back and she was wonderful, I asked to see multiple rings even after thinking I decided and she had no issue and was very happy to help.
