Michelle and Jessica have been super awesome in helping me find the right ring a few days ago! Michelle has been great today as well for helping me find a possible earring match on the website with the safety backing I enjoy. 10/19 highly recommend them so much!
Jessica and Michelle are absolutely incredible. They are both knowledgeable and personable. My wife and I were made to feel at home, switching seamlessly between joking around and asking meaningful questions about what we were looking for in an engagement ring. We aren't from the area, but going forward we will definitely be contacting this Zale's for any future jewelry purchases.
