I went into their shop in relation to getting an Entertainment Unit made. Was told that I would receive a quote in about a week. 4 weeks later and no quote, no email, nothing. Tried to call however phone was not answered and the fact that they don't have a website/email address i can use to get in touch is ridiculous in this day in age".
