If you enjoy burnt food, this might be the place for you. Unfortunately, the food I received was burnt to a coal-like level — completely inedible. Please refer to the attached pictures for proof. I’m requesting a full refund as the food was not chewable. If this wasn’t intentional, I suggest reviewing your kitchen quality control, as this should never have been served. Thank you for addressing this promptly.
Marcus absolutely went above and beyond taking care of an issue I had. I am new to zalats and couldn't believe how well the pizza was made. The service was the brst part and I truly appreciate the staff there. Cant go anywhere else now
Delicious take out pizza
Ordered two pizzas, one with vegan cheese (I’m vegetarian) and the other regular cheese. 10 minutes after eating the vegan cheese pizza I vomited, I called the store and the manager tells me he can remake it with the same cheese. I tell him I think there maybe something wrong with that batch of cheese. He said his only other resolution is to make it with regular cheese. I tell him I’m vegetarian he says that’s his only option for me. Won’t be back!!!!
