Look, I get that this place is not build to hold a bunch of people waiting to pick up their orders, but locking people out in the 100 degree heat with no shade is INSANE. If you are going to use a pickup window, at least add some cover. Really not worth waiting for pizza when I will be under the sun with others waiting on the order.
I placed an order at 10:20 for pick up at 11:30. When I arrived at 11:30 I was told it would be 30 minutes to an hour even though my order was due at 11:30. When I asked to cancel my order and have a refund due to me needing to be back at work, I was told I had to call back in 24 hours. Very inconvenient for just a mini pizza, thank goodness Chick-fil-A is across the street!
