Just a regular sushi restaurant. I didn’t see anything special about this place. We were seated very quickly, no reservation needed. I really didn’t like the shrimp tempura. There was way too much batter and very little shrimp. It looked like the shrimp was cut in half and covered with a huge amount of batter. Definitely not the best tempura I’ve had
It was good but the bathroom are a bit dirty. Over all it good.
Definitely don’t dine in if you have a gluten allergy, they don’t take allergies very seriously and provide attitude. Food was okay for the experience I got.

I’ve been coming to Zakura for over 10 years, and it never disappoints. The menu is fantastic, but I recommend asking the staff for their personal recommendations, they always point you toward something special. Some items can be on the pricier side, but every dish I’ve tried has been well worth it. A great spot for anyone who appreciates authentic Japanese cuisine! My recommendation appetizer is the chicken maki, can’t go wrong.
