I came out of Zak’s Hair Salon feeling like a queen. Stephanie made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. People gave me compliments on my haircut and style. I’ll definitely be going back!
I'm 59. I've been going to Zak's since I was 15. Excellent service. Always. Very friendly owners. If I could give 10 stars, I would do so.
I had a disappointing experience at the salon. After my visit, I noticed hair dye on my skin, and over three weeks later, it’s still not coming off. I've tried various remedies like baby oil, coconut oil, even purchased hair dye remover wipes and rubbing alcohol, but nothing has worked. They suggested using allergy rash ointment, claiming it helped another client, but this feels like an inadequate solution.
