Had my 66 LeSabre towed in cause i couldn't get it running after a self attempted tune up...two going into 3weeks later car still isn't running and they claim to not know the problem...wait, what???? After all this time no diagnosis and the problem that i was charged for still isn't fixed per my receipt..so i had my car towed back home..and Zak's tells my tow truck driver that I didn't have the money it would take to fix my car..very unprofessional..so much so he felt bad for me and apologized to me when he didn't have to...... read more
Brought my car in for inspection and an oil change they inspected everything on the car. Make sure everything was in great working condition I will be bringing my car back Had a good experience guys were very friendly spent time going over the car with you after finish

The customer service is elite, and all repairs were completed in timely manner and in some instances even under the quoted price. If you are looking for a trustworthy local auto repair shop then Zak's is your place.
best experience getting my car fixed i have ever had. nice people. i am so mad i have been using the dealership to fix this car for the last 8 years. and the price. Their estimate was about 300 dollars less than i expected and i usually guess to low and am unpleasantly surprised. this is my shop from now on
