Such a disappointment. Not every doctor in this sector is professional. Strongly not recommended. #NewYorkHealthSector – this issue hasn’t happened just once, but multiple times, and not just with me, but with others as well. Also, #MetroPlusHealth – you are authorizing clinics that are clearly unprofessional. The atmosphere is unhygienic and far from acceptable.

My partner came here to get checked as she was exhibiting flu-like symptoms. She explained the symptoms, one was a sore throat, doctor didn’t even check her throat. Did not perform any tests such as flu test, strep test, etc. All doctor Hossain said was she is displaying “acute viral symptoms”. Yeah, duh! I took her to an urgent care immediately as she was dizzy and could barely walk straight. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes because they immediately performed tests for the flu, common cold, strep, etc. Turns out s... read more
