I called Dr. Zakers office to shcedule a eye exam and get glasses under VSP MediCal. The first call to their office was an unpleasant experience to say the least, not only was the receptionist completely rude, but after confirming a specific time and day for my appointment she proceeded to change that time and when I questioned it she repeatedly asked "Is that a problem?"
