Went for threading for my lip and she went so fast it cut my skin. Then she acted like she didn’t do it until I pointed it out to her

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. My sister and I have been regular clients here, but recently they burned her eyelid (see image), and the same thing happened to all three of us in our family. This clearly shows it’s not just a one-time mistake — it’s a pattern of carelessness and unprofessionalism. They use wax that’s way too hot, and it’s unsafe. Please be careful if you go here; they seriously need better training and quality control.
If you are thinking about even going here to get anything done, DONT. This place is so unprofessional and they don’t know how to perform the services they offer. Every time I go here my brows are butchered and I get cuts or something wrong with my brows but I still go because it’s close to me but after what happened this time, I am no longer giving my money to this place.
