I used Zak’s lawn and landscaping to spread topsoil and seed in my backyard. The contract signed was for supplying soil and seed , make sure all is level and seed it . When you walk on the lawn you sink because it is to soft and very very uneven with lots of completely bare patches. I tried multiple times to call him but he screens his calls.
