If I had known how this clinic operates, I would have never gone there. I visited the clinic on June 1st because I had an accident involving one of my teeth and needed treatment as soon as possible. At no point before my appointment was I informed that I would not be seeing a dentist in person and that the consultation would be conducted virtually. It’s was amazing that getting my tooth remove at Zak was a good experience compare to my previous dentistry it was terrible I had nightmares.
Each of my appointment went really well and fast. They are kind ,gentle and patience with care. I felt very comfortable visiting to Zak Dental.
My experience wasn’t very good. Several things were different about there programs. Everything I needed in one day had no dentist or location available less 8-15 days out. I left there after being seen for 6 hours and paid in full with my procedure botched up and not completed. After asking g for a complete refund. Now I must find another dentist for an extraction that started out as a crown. 1st visit, and will not be returning. Everyone was very friendly. I had zero wait and was brought right back and started the x-rays. The office manager was very friendly and prompt on refunding my prepayment. My problem comes from the telemedicine and billing process. I was aware of the teledental exam upon scheduling my appointment and was totally fine with it.
