All the nurses and reception and the Doctors are great they’re very polite
My visit was fast and pleasant with my daughter. I also needed a form filled out for her ortho and Assette Hernandez imediately did it for me.
My experience was great! Everyone was welcoming and professional. The teledentistry was very detailed and thorough, they answered all of my questions! Doctor in office and the assistants were so gentle and made my visit go smoothly. I high recommend this place! Thank you Dr Zak and team! :D
I showed up for a 7:30 AM new patient appointment expecting X-rays and a cleaning. The tech took X-rays, then I was left in a room where the dentist joined via Zoom—something I was never told when scheduling. I arranged childcare and took time off work for this appointment, only to end up on a virtual call with no doctor on site. On top of that, they had my name wrong in their system, and the insurance coordinator (also over Zoom) was extremely pushy about paying for planned treatments.
